Terms and Conditions

If any buyer is not 100% satisfied with our product(s), we shall accept return within a span of 7 working days on the below mentioned conditions.
If any damage is encountered to the product upon delivery , it should be immediately brought to our notice for the procedure ahead within 2days of shipment received.
The transparent seal of the product packaging should not be damage, torn and should be in the original condition for the acceptance of a return.
Returns ,including any free (gifts) must be unworn and should be in the state which you had received then.
All the packages ,instructions ,warranties and accessories , as applicable ,must be included in the package to be returned.
Customised or personalised orders/engraved or embossed products can’t be accepted as return because of their nature unless they arrive damaged or in effective.
Procedures are kept as simple as possible for good customer experience and satisfaction.
